This is the first webinar in the National Microbiome Data Collaborative’s Community Conversations Series. Through this series, the NMDC aims to bring together members of the scientific community to connect, discuss, and advance microbiome data science. More information can be found here.
Jointly sponsored by The National Microbiome Data Collaborative (NMDC) and the University of California Curation Center’s (UC3) DMPTool, this Community Conversation will focus on creating a robust data management plan. Documenting how data is generated, organized, stored, and retrieved is crucial to making data findable, accessible, interoperable, and reusable (FAIR). By having a well defined and well executed data management, the barriers of sharing data are lowered and allow for the research community to work together.
