NMDC Community Conversation – Accessing Microbiome Research Step by Step: Data Generation to Analysis

The National Microbiome Data Collaborative Community Conversations invites panelists to join us in discussing topics of broad interest for our microbiome research community. As the field of microbial research is growing, more and more scientists from geneticists to biologists to bioinformaticians are starting to ask microbial questions. In this Community Conversation, the NMDC invites panelists who understand the barriers, such as cost, access to sequencing, computing power etc., to multi-omic research and how you, as a researcher, can overcome these barriers.
